Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations you may return it to us and receive an exchange subject to item availability. Please realize that you are responsible when you order the wrong part, change your mind, or have other obvious ordering errors

Only items that have been purchased from E-ETOWING.NET can be returned or exchanged if:

* All Sale items are final unless the item you received is different than what you ordered.


You must begin the Returns process within thirty (30) days of delivery. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. Go to the RGA request form and complete it (We are updating the form, click here and send information via e-mail for now). You will receive Return Goods Authorization (RGA) information via email within two (2) business days. Follow the instructions supplied in your email for returning your items(s). The RGA Number shall be written on the package near the return address. (Any item returned without an RGA Number cannot be accepted, and the return shipment will be refused). Packages should be returned with some type of "delivery confirmation" option that requires us to sign for the receipt of your package. This protects your interest by requiring us to document "package received" and "date received" to a third party.

If you decide to request a replacement part before we receive your returned item, the replacement will be charged in full, using the same credit card and email address provided in the original order. You will receive a new order number, order confirmation and receipt via email.

Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods, unless the error was made by us. However, upon receipt and inspection by us of the returned item, if it is determined that E-Towing is in error, the cost of returning the product (not to exceed the original cost of shipping the product to you) will be credited to your credit card. A receipt of this freight charge will be required by E-Towing to accurately apply this to your account. Expedited shipping charges beyond normal ground delivery including but not limited to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are non-refundable. On exchange of defective products or replacement as a consequence of our error, E-Towing will pay for ground shipping on the outbound replacement product only.

Body kits, body tubs, windshield frames, fenders, body parts (hoods, side and floor panels, etc.) and hard tops are sold "AS IS" by E-ETOWING.NET. These types of merchandise can not be returned to E-ETOWING.NET for credit. All the freight damages are also the responsibility of the buyer. E-ETOWING.NET will be glad to use your selected carrier (freight collect only) instead of our choice of carriers. All freight issues should be handled by the freight carriers directly. Credit will not be issued for merchandise or freight charges if shipment is refused.

Damaged Shipments

It is your responsibility to check and verify parts for soundness of condition. All shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. Packages that have obvious damage should be refused and will returned back to us by the carrier (except body tubs, body kits, windshield frames, fenders, body panels and hard tops - see return policy for information about these parts). If, you accept the package and upon inspection of the parts, you find damage, you then have 48 hours to file a formal claim with the carrier. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO US. keep the package and parts as close as possible to the condition in which you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim. Claims for shortages due to carrier negligence must be made within five (5) working of receipt of merchandise. Please call the following numbers to report damaged shipment: UPS: 800-PICK-UPS; Fed Ex: 800-GO-FEDEX; Truck Freight, the phone number listed on the carrier's bill of lading.

SHIPPING:

Orders will ship from California. Most orders ship by UPS. Due to UPS Regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional surcharges. Small items may ship via the Postal Service. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight. We often ship from multiple locations to give you better and more economical service. Shipping and Handling charges to be determined at check out.


METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa. Note: Your credit card will be billed by ETowing.


SALES TAX:

All orders will be charged 8.375% for sales tax.


BACKORDERS:

In the event and items is back ordered, you will be notified.

WARRANTIES:


All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. E-Towing can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. E-Towing is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.
